Planning and Design.
From designing large, phased masterplans, to supporting homeowners utilise Permitted Development Rights, we have the expertise to positively negotiate the planning process for all project scales.
We use 3D Visualisations and Virtual Reality to articulate the design to clients, stakeholders, investors and the wider community.
Technical Delivery.
All of our projects are designed and modelled in 3D, integrating BIM (Building Information Modelling) into our standard operating practices.
BIM supports our ethos of detailing from the outset, enabling better design decisions, improved building performance and for us to collaborate more effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
Full Consultancy Service.
We work on projects from inception through to completion, as we wish to ensure that the clients original vision is maintained throughout the planning and construction process.
To support this, we can provide a fee for a full consultancy service, drawing together a design team and experts to deliver your project.
