We provide Land Owners appraisals of their land for development opportunities, liasing with Local Authorities to ascertain the class usage parameters and likeliness of obtaining a positive planning outcome.

We have engaged in a joint-venture with Land Owners to mitigate the upfront risk and expenditure during the early development stages of the project, identifying optimum outcomes.

Developers.

We work with Developers to deliver positive planning outcomes for sites. Depending on the scale of development, and on the individual applications merit, we have engaged in joint-venture with partners during the feasibility stages, to mitigate upfront expenditure and risk.

We provide technical expertise for construction drawings and Building Regulations submission, with our level of services tailored to meet each clients needs.

 

Registered Providers.

With a background in affordable and social housing, we have worked with Registered Providers in the densification of their sites to significantly upgrade their existing building stock, and providing modern homes to residents with low operating costs.

Scale of projects vary; from infill developments, vacant garage sites, to large regeneration sites; with an ethos to reduce the operational carbon associated with all projects.

Local Authorities.

We work with Local Authorities to provide a strategic insight, influence and support emerging policy; design standards, consultation; and advise on optimum regeneration strategies.

Working with Local Authority-led Housing Development Companies, we provide value to under-utilised sites, support LA’s meet their local housing need, and provide healthy returns of investment from outright sale and affordable housing programmes.

With previous experience in Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Offices, and with project values varying from £0.5M - £40m multi-faceted developments, we have expertise across all major industry sectors on the design and delivery of socially sustainable buildings and places.
